We usually ask Wheelchair users to arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the advertised doors open time (mostly 7pm )

This allows us to get you into the venue before the crowds pile in, We have a viewing area in the middle of the venue, if you would like access to this you will need to email dave@dcbpromotions.com to request a space

We can also reserve chairs in the viewing area for people who need, again please email ahead so we know to expect you

We have a disabled lift to get people to the ground floor from the bar area on the middle floor and there are disabled facilities in both toilets

We have a seperate wheelchair ramp entrance to the side of the venue, you will need to get your ticket inspected at the main entrance then you will be taken around the side by one of our security staff

We do allow free tickets for carers as along as the disabled person is carrying a DID or PIP card, the name of your carer will need to be emailed to us ahead of the show

There are various blue badge parking spaces on the street surrounding the venue particually on Vecquerey St
